Non Solo Pasta’s Aubergine Parmigiana is a rare and glorious dish originally from Naples, baked in the oven with lots of mozzarella cheese.
The secret of our Aubergine Parmigiana is the fresh basil and tomato sauce as well as the deep fried aubergine. This gives extra richness and softness to the dish.
The Aubergine Parmigiana is a great vegetarian option for a flavourful dinner. It takes comfort food to the max and will be a favourite for all of the family!
From frozen and with the lid on, bake in the oven for 3 minutes at 200°. Leave them to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
